This highly interactive workshop focuses on the 3 main pillars of success in working in a hybrid model – Communication, Managing Multiple Priorities, and Motivation.
Participants will have an opportunity learn the latest techniques from neuroscience to assist them in getting more done in less time as well as explore methods, modes and frequency in communication and how the communication choices we make contribute to the effectiveness and happiness of our teams.

The Big Bold Goals team will check availability and ask for a brief call to understand the brief.
2- Transparent Proposal
We will confirm our understanding of the brief and what success for you looks like and will send clear straightforward options for you to choose from.
3- Confirmation
Once the workshop is confirmed, we will lock in the date and send over a simple transparent contract. We will provide materials to help you.
4 - Briefing Call
We arrange a briefing call, typically 2 weeks before the workshop to finalise the details of the presentation and event. Based on this brief, our team will craft the workshop for your audience and their needs.
5 - Technical Check
If the workshop is virtual or hybrid, we will confirm the platform and if necessary request a technical run-through to iron out any potential tech challenges. This is normally done the week before the workshop.
6 - On the Day
The faciliator will arrive early for a run-through and to check for any new information he needs to be aware of.
7 - After the Workshop
We would like to arrange a follow up call with the organisers to share insights we have found on the day which may be helpful for you.
