5 - Technical Check

If the event is virtual or hybrid, Caspar will request a technical run-through to iron out any potential tech challenges. This is normally done the week before the event.

6 - On the Day

Caspar will arrive early for a run-through and to check for any new information he needs to be aware of. He will aim to attend sessions before his to tune into relevant conversations and weave these ideas into his delivery. Caspar will stay for as long as possible afterwards to interact with delegates and answer questions.

7 - After the Event

Caspar will provide a brief summary one-pager of the key messages covered as an additional take-away for the audience and requests a follow up call with event organisers to share insights I have found on the day which may be helpful for you.

A massive hit! His approachable, knowledgable and practicable style meant that ‘Big Bold Goals’ resonated fantastically well on a very personal level, as well aspirationally from a team and company culture perspective.
