What are your Big Bold Goals for this year?
Perhaps you’ve taken some time to reflect on them over the past couple weeks and had some conversations to deepen your attachment to them?
Perhaps you had some in place already and the passing of a calendar year makes no difference to you?
Wherever you land, I have one thought to share.
It’s that I always encourage people to have two Big Bold Goals. One personal and one at work.
Why?
Because there will be times when you get stuck and being able to shift gears to a different project can create energy and momentum which benefits both goals.
It’s an approach that has always worked for me, and continues to work for me.
