How often do you take time to reflect?

As we head towards the end of the year, I hope that you find some time to switch off from what has been a rollercoaster of a year in so many ways. 

It’s in those moments of switching off and perhaps finding time for reflection, that we so often gain clarity and insights. 

Why is this and one simple idea to help with this.

Spare a thought for my adventurous friend Guy Rigby and his rowing partner David Murray. Whilst we’re all tucking into Christmas festivities they’ll be riding Atlantic waves as they seek to set a record for the oldest pair to row the Atlantic.
